About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Facilities Manager to lead our facilities management team in the South region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facilities management services to our clients, ensuring that our buildings and assets are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of facilities management professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets and minimize costs
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of facilities management services
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a facilities management professional, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, with a focus on cost savings and efficiency
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent
