About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in supporting a young woman in her own home in Irvine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to enable the individual to live independently and make informed choices about their life.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and household maintenance.
  • Encourage and support the individual to engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the individual, built on trust, respect, and open communication.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a support role, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
