Care Club Worker Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care Club Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our before and after school care club provision, working closely with our dedicated team of staff and children.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide excellent support to the care club manager in the delivery of stimulating learning activities
• Work effectively as part of a team, contributing original and innovative ideas to enhance the children's learning
• Develop and maintain good relationships with parents and carers
• Prepare healthy breakfast and afternoon snacks
• Demonstrate excellent literacy and numeracy skills

**Requirements**

• Excellent team player with a positive attitude and adaptability
• Ability to form good relationships with children, parents, and carers
• Experience working with children within EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Ability to create a stimulating and purposeful learning environment
