Senior Operations Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transport Operations Clerk to join our team at Booker Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the Transport department, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Complete accident investigation paperwork and ensure timely resolution
- Manage CRM queries and resolve allocated tickets within set deadlines
- Oversee the control of the fuel system and ensure efficient operations
- Manage day-to-day transport operations, including route departures and tachograph downloads
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members across transport, warehouse, and CST
- Proven data entry and administrative experience
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent level numeric and literacy skills)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong team player with good time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
