Senior Operations Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Transport Operations Clerk to join our team at Booker Group. As a key member of our Transport department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the Transport department, including managing control of the fuel system and coordinating route departures.
- Complete accident investigation paperwork and deal with CRM queries, resolving allocated tickets within set deadlines.
- Manage tachographs downloads and communicate effectively with managers, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of logistics and transportation processes.
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent level numeric and literacy skills).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
