Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Strategic Lead – Social Value to develop and implement strategies for securing social value and economic benefits from major developments.
- Collaborate with the Planning team to maximize the potential of Section 106 agreements and other levers to achieve our Industrial Strategy goals.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of social value and economic growth initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders, including residents, community groups, and partners, to build support for social value and economic growth initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of social value and economic growth initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations for future action.
