Personal Injury Lawyer/Fee Earner Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Personal Injury Lawyer/Fee Earner to join our team on a largely remote basis, working from home up to four days per week.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer/Fee Earner with at least two years' experience to join an established full-service law firm. The role has come to market due to organic expansion, evidencing the direction of growth for the team and confidence of the firm in expanding its services in personal injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Running a caseload of claimant fast-track EL/PL claims from inception to settlement, including a high proportion of litigated matters.
  • Developing your caseload into handling more complex work and/or stepping up into a leadership role.
