We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team at Gabbott Recruitment Online Limited. As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, handling files, and conducting litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload, including handling files and conducting litigation
  • Liaise with referrers and manage their expectations regarding quality and service
  • Take initial instructions from clients and assess funding requirements
  • Investigate limitation, liability, causation, and assess quantum
  • Advise clients and take initial instructions from them
  • Liaise with insurers and conduct litigation work as required
  • Draft court documents and evidence gathering and negotiation work
  • Comply with office procedures and provide assistance to team members
Requirements:
  • Valid file handling experience and litigation experience
  • Ability to vet claims at initial stages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
