Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of high-value personal injury claims, including catastrophic and complex cases.
  • Provide expert legal services to clients, including conducting initial investigations, preparing internal strategy reports, and liaising with solicitors, insurers, and witnesses.
  • Work closely with partners to achieve exceptional results, including attending court hearings, conferences, and Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs).
  • Supervise and develop junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments in high-value personal injury, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of best practices.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 3 years+ PQE solicitor with experience managing a defendant personal injury litigation caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of CPR procedures and technical ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
