About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in running a profitable and well-organised office
  • Leading by example and delegating tasks to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Optimising opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, conveyancing, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to thrive in their careers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Sales Negotiator, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence
