We are seeking a highly successful and experienced Estate Agent to join our Abingdon Branch as a Senior Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  2. Maximise revenues and grow the property register through effective sales techniques and customer relationships
  3. Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  4. Manage branch profit and achieve all financial targets through effective team management and performance monitoring
  5. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals through regular 1:1's, reviews, and morning meetings
  6. Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan

Requirements:

  1. Previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
  2. Target-driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
  3. Ability to work effectively managing a team and influencing results
  4. Motivated and enthusiastic at all times, with high standards of service and presentation
  5. Good organisational skills and ability to demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  6. Vehicle owner with a full driving licence and insured for business use
  7. Legal right to work in the UK
