Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team at Connells, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
