Job Description

Bespoke Careers is seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging content and the enhancement of our studio's visibility in the luxury retail and hospitality design sector.

This role will involve working closely with our Communications Director and collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Head of Brand Image to deliver high-quality content and achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies across various social media channels to align with our marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Assist in the production of reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of our content.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Director and internal stakeholders to conceive and implement content from start to finish.
  • Contribute to the development of content ideas and concepts.
  • Support the Communications Director in creating creative briefs for internal and external creative teams and agencies.
  • Assist with brand asset management, copywriting, and portfolio development.
  • Conduct research for internal communications and assist with awards applications.
  • Work with the Head of Brand Image to create SEO-optimized content for our website.
  • Research and assist with keynote presentations and founder communications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a communications role, either in-house or for an agency.
  • Knowledge and experience within the architecture, design, and/or property sector.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD) and Preview for social media planning.
  • Experience dealing with the media and press.
  • Graphics capabilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in maintaining CRM databases.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A passion for social media, communications, and design.
  • Confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An excellent team player who can communicate effectively with the studio.
