Senior Scientific Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team at InvitISE Ltd in Exeter on a 6-month contract. This role allows remote working and requires Security Clearance (SC).
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have strong skills in programming languages such as Fortran, C, Python, Linux, and Version Control. Experience with large scientific applications is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex scientific applications using Python and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirements.
- Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and security.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in Python development, particularly with large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of Fortran, C, and Linux.
- Proficiency in Version Control systems.
- Security Clearance (SC) or equivalent.
