HR Business Partner

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: Stanford-le-Hope
Onsite: Predominantly On Site with flexibility for some hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance on HR topics such as talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Collaborate with various teams to address HR challenges, propose solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Assist the HR leadership in implementing policies and initiatives that promote high performance and align with best practices and legal standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal changes to improve HR strategies and initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage resources and stay ahead of HR trends.
- Contribute to regional and global HR projects, ensuring local delivery is impactful and culturally appropriate.
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience, strong HR Business Partner background, experience in a unionized environment, and a hands-on approach.
