Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' HR needs, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Guidance: Provide expert advice on HR topics, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to address HR challenges, propose solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
  3. HR Analytics: Use data and HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs, spot trends, and inform decision-making.
  4. Policy Implementation: Assist the HR leadership in rolling out policies and initiatives that promote high performance and align with best practices and legal standards.
  5. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal changes, using this knowledge to improve HR strategies and initiatives.
  6. External Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage resources and stay ahead of HR trends.
  7. Project Support: Contribute to regional and global HR projects, ensuring local delivery is impactful and culturally appropriate.

Qualifications:

CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience, strong HR Business Partner background, experience in a unionized environment, and a hands-on approach.
