">Sue Ryder's charity shops play a vital role in supporting our life-changing healthcare services. As a Charity Shop Lead Volunteer, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve this goal.
">About the Role
">- Support the shop management team with day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient store running.
- Take ownership of stock management, including donations, labelling, pricing, and re-stocking.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with light cleaning and tidying duties to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Develop skills and confidence to cover the shop in the absence of paid staff.
