UNICAT Catalyst Technologies, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician Leader to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our team of technicians in maintaining our equipment and facilities.

You will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of technicians in maintaining equipment and facilities
  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Identifying and recommending areas for improvement

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 to $125,000 per annum, plus benefits including onsite parking, pension, attendance bonus, annual bonus, annual pay review, death in service benefit, yearly health check, and employee wellbeing programme.

Shift hours are 4 on 4 off, with 2 x 6am-6pm and 2 x 6pm-6am rotations.
