About Our Team

Chesford Grange Hotel & Spa, a 4* hotel in Kenilworth, is looking for a highly skilled Fitness Professional to join our team. As a Fitness Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that our health club facilities are always clean and well-maintained.

The Role

We are seeking an individual with a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent. You should have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. Strong attention to detail is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including a free health club membership, discounts at our hotels, and access to training and development opportunities.
