We are recruiting a skilled Dementia Care Manager to lead our efforts in providing high-quality dementia care services in Brentwood, Essex. Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the team to meet CQC requirements, striving for an outstanding rating and demonstrating our commitment to excellence.
- Staff Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality dementia care.
- Leadership: Provide expert guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Salary Range: £40-43k per annum, depending on experience.
