- Ensure regular communication with customers, working closely with Marketing to maintain consistent messaging.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for customer self-service, including the creation of high-quality technical documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, or Product Marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality content across multiple formats and platforms in a B2B Software environment.
- Strong community management skills.
- Highly organised, with project/programme management experience a plus.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
- Commercially minded, with an aptitude for data analysis and finding trends, risks, and opportunities within customer interactions.
This is a hybrid role, operating from home with regular office days. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and great future prospects in a fast-growing market sector. Estimated annual salary: £65,000 - £80,000.
