  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Engagement, or Product Marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality content across multiple formats and platforms in a B2B Software environment.
  • Strong community management skills.
  • Highly organised, with project/programme management experience a plus.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
  • Commercially minded, with an aptitude for data analysis and finding trends, risks, and opportunities within customer interactions.

This is a hybrid role, operating from home with regular office days. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and great future prospects in a fast-growing market sector. Estimated annual salary: £65,000 - £80,000.
