The University of Cambridge is offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join the team at the West Hub.

The successful candidate will work as part of the multi-department team that delivers exceptional customer experience and building management to the customers of the West Hub.

With a salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive package that includes a comprehensive benefits scheme.

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for undertaking daily operations such as building management, health and safety compliance, managing cleaning contractors, and supporting the delivery of both in-house and commercial events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake daily operations, including building management and health and safety compliance.
  • Manage cleaning contractors to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Support the delivery of in-house and commercial events.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be willing to work towards training in First Aid, SIA, Fire Warden, and COSHH.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
