Sja's West is a dynamic organization committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. As a Critical Care Transport Assistant, you will play a vital role in our mission to save lives through essential first aid services, training, and campaigning.

About the Role

You will work in a co-located team with nurses, ANPs/ACPs, ODPs, doctors, and consultants to mobilize a critical care team for patient stabilization and transportation between hospitals and Critical Care Units.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, stable transport to patients, relatives, and clinical teams during journeys, considering patient vulnerability.
  • Ensure the vehicle and equipment being used are fit for purpose, clean, and report defects as soon as possible.
  • Work collaboratively with the Critical Care Transport team, representing Sja's West in the best light at all times.
Benefits
