Healthcare Mobility Associate

Sja's West is a dynamic organization committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services. As a Critical Care Transport Assistant, you will play a vital role in our mission to save lives through essential first aid services, training, and campaigning.
About the RoleYou will work in a co-located team with nurses, ANPs/ACPs, ODPs, doctors, and consultants to mobilize a critical care team for patient stabilization and transportation between hospitals and Critical Care Units.
Responsibilities- Provide safe, stable transport to patients, relatives, and clinical teams during journeys, considering patient vulnerability.
- Ensure the vehicle and equipment being used are fit for purpose, clean, and report defects as soon as possible.
- Work collaboratively with the Critical Care Transport team, representing Sja's West in the best light at all times.
We offer a competitive salary (£40,000 - £50,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), a cycle to work scheme, electric vehicle scheme, health and wellbeing portal, and discounts on mobile phones, gym membership, cinema tickets, restaurants, holidays, and shopping.
