EMEA Senior Business Growth Strategist

AlixPartners GmbH, a leading global consulting firm, seeks an experienced EMEA Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team. This role will be based in Germany and will report directly to the EMEA Commercial Director.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in business development and marketing to drive growth across our Aerospace & Defence industry groups in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base, deepen relationships with existing clients, and increase revenue through targeted marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Aerospace & Defence industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. You will work closely with our commercial directors, business development teams, and marketing professionals to achieve our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop close working relationships with our PMDs and partners within the Aerospace & Defence industry groups to refine and implement business plans.
- Work with our Business Intelligence Centre (BIC) team to ensure systematic delivery of market intelligence and AlixPartners successes.
- Create targeted business development and marketing activity plans to help achieve financial, client, and marketing positioning objectives.
- Collaborate with our EMEA Commercial Director, EMEA Business Development Director, and other Industry & Service Line (ISL) BD professionals to ensure alignment across ISLs and geographies.
- Deliver regular reporting to EMEA leadership and PMDs on sales pipeline updates and progress against objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record of supporting client-facing teams to grow revenue through expanding existing clients and gaining new accounts.
- Strong leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional fluency in French or German is advantageous.
- Digital native with a solid understanding of digital platforms, including Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Canva, and InterAction.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
