Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Support Professional to join our team in Pontypridd. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with young people experiencing difficulties with their tenancies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice, support, motivation, crisis intervention, and future planning to service users.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients to facilitate the best possible outcomes.
  • Liaise with appropriate agencies to address issues of social isolation and exclusion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a tenancy support worker and knowledge of current welfare and housing benefits. You must also be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
