Job OverviewWe are currently seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, prompting and administering medication, manual handling, promoting customer health and well-being, and food preparation and domestic duties.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer an excellent rate of £12 per hour, paid at double time on bank holidays. Additionally, we provide 30p mileage allowance, 28 days' holiday pro rata, full training induction, a 12-week mentor, fully paid Induction training, ongoing training and support, flexible working, pension scheme, smartphone technology, free uniform and PPE, access to six counselling sessions per year, refer-a-friend scheme, and the opportunity to become a Blue Light Card member.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, right to work in the UK, and reside locally. Excellent English language skills are also essential.
