We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Cook and Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
- 3+ years of experience as a cook or chef
- S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
- A competitive salary of £17.25/hr Monday to Friday and £18.40ph Saturday and Sunday
