As a SAFE Support Worker at Trivallis, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer-focused housing-related support services to people living in their own homes in the Taff area of Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will case manage and deliver targeted interventions with service users to achieve greater independence, reduce tenancy failure, maintain dignity and respect, promote healthy living and social inclusion.

No prior housing experience is necessary, but you will need to have experience of visiting and/or working with people in their own homes. A flexible approach, full clean driving license, business insurance, and access to your own car are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer-focused housing-related support services to people living in their own homes.
  • Case manage and deliver targeted interventions with service users to achieve greater independence.
  • Maintain dignity and respect for all service users.
  • Promote healthy living and social inclusion.
