This is an exciting opportunity to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to a wide range of users, face to face. You will be working with a well-known Public Sector and Government organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical assistance to end-users
  2. Identifying and resolving issues in a prompt manner
  3. Creating new cost centres and suppliers within the procurement system
  4. Delivering excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Experience in use of ERP systems, particularly Finance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple appointments effectively
