About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team. As an ALN Education Assistant, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to children with ALN in primary schools, secondary schools, and nursery provisions. Your role will involve collaborating with teachers and school staff to implement learning plans, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, and managing classroom behaviour. You will also be required to assist in individual or small group interventions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN). You should also have a passion for supporting children's learning and development, as well as flexibility to work in different schools or nurseries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and relevant qualifications or training in ALN support are desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive flexible working hours during term time, opportunities to work in a variety of schools and nursery provisions, and support and guidance from our friendly team.
