Job Opportunity at London Gatwick

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team at London Gatwick Airport. As a Field Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects across our airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise multi-disciplined construction projects, working closely with the Project Management team to ensure timely completion and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Deliver regular site safety engagement to promote a positive HSE culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Review contractor CDM and quality submittals to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinating with electrical and mechanical engineering colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer, Site Engineer, NEC Supervisor, or Clerk of Works in the construction or civil engineering sectors, managing multi-year projects valued at up to £10 million.
  • Skilled in project handover and closeout processes.
  • Proficient in identifying and resolving HSE issues related to construction.
  • Well-versed in quality management principles and practices.
