Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Support Worker to join our team at Vision for Education in Manchester. As a Level 3 qualified teaching assistant, you will be responsible for providing academic support to pupils across Key Stage 1 and 2.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of different abilities and possess excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with staff and pupils.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide one-to-one and group academic support to pupils.
  • Work closely with class teachers to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 2 or above qualification in a Teaching Assistant course.
  • Experience working in a KS2 classroom within a primary school setting.
