About the Role:

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their learning and wellbeing in a safe and caring environment. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEN on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
  • Communicate with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole-school training events
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
