- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Hold relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
- Have strong knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Be a compassionate, patient, and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
