Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team and drive the growth and development of our care service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality person-centred care in a domiciliary setting, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.

  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance visits and manage complaints and incidents effectively, using findings to inform improvements.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work culture.

To be successful, you will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care, registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
  • Hold relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
  • Have strong knowledge of CQC regulations and other relevant legislation.
  • Be a compassionate, patient, and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care.
