We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Drive quality initiatives and improvements to enhance the care experience for our residents.
  • Oversee recruitment and colleague development to ensure a skilled and dedicated team.
  • Manage referral management and occupancy to ensure a smooth and efficient care process.
  • Handle financial management and data research to inform care decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of management experience in a complex care setting.
  • Qualified nurse with a nursing registration and a valid NMC PIN.
  • Excellent understanding of nursing care best practices and a passion for delivering person-centred care.

Package and Benefits:
