Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
  2. Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools to drive sales growth.
  3. Proactively engage in cross-selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
  4. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors to provide expert knowledge and insights to customers.
  5. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand and products, addressing customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Deal effectively with customer complaints, escalating issues to line managers when necessary.
  7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display presentation, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role with luxury womenswear ready-to-wear experience.
  • Passion for human relations and sales.
  • Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent spoken English expected; other languages desirable.
