Job Description

This role is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join Tiffany & Co. as a Senior Client Relations Senior Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of stock and store operations, visual merchandising, after sales, and administration.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with 3-5 years of prior retail/retail operations experience to fill this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences and take action on TEI performance and client feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute operational support functions to drive sales and service, ensuring compliance with all internal control procedures and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Act as Guest Experience Manager and perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall performance of the store.
  • Develop the highest standards of Brand and product knowledge, respecting Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior at all times.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Brand, flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs, and a commercial mindset. Previous jewellery retail experience, a Graduate Gemologist degree course work, or proficiency in other languages are preferred but not required.
