Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Renewable Energy Systems business, you will be responsible for developing market opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market development strategies to increase sales and revenue growth in the Renewable Energy Systems business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and manage business cases for new projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of energy economics and regulatory environments.
