Role Overview

The VP, Data Analytics role requires strategic leadership to drive account growth and direction. As an experienced professional, you will excel in managing and mentoring a team of talented analysts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding clients' objectives, business needs, and KPIs, driving step-change improvements through data-driven insights
  • Developing and executing data-driven strategies to persuade internal teams and clients, utilizing strong storytelling capabilities and evidence-based business cases
  • Ensuring every action taken directly improves performance against clients' objectives
  • Mentoring the team and guiding departmental direction

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented executive with:

  • Significant experience in marketing analytics at a senior level, customer experience insights, and performance optimization, preferably in a marketing agency or management consulting practice
  • Demonstrated experience developing insights for marketing solutions development
  • A good working understanding of core technical skills and subject matter areas to support and guide the team
