Key Responsibilities- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.
- Proactive Sourcing: Proactively search for suitable candidates and build professional relationships with them to meet current and future business needs.
- Candidate Screening: Screen potential candidates via phone or video calls to ensure they meet the selection criteria.
- Positive Candidate Experience: Create a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Proactively source and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates to meet future business needs.
- Brand Awareness: Develop and maintain brand awareness on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Head of Talent to review and develop the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Networking: Attend industry networking events to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Advert Creation: Create effective job adverts that attract top talent.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate expectations throughout the application process, ensuring they are kept engaged and informed.
- Previous Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the legal industry, particularly in areas such as Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, and Credit Hire.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-motivated, confident, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Goal-Oriented: A goal-orientated approach to work with a focus on delivering results.
- Creative and Passionate: Creative and passionate about the work you do, with a desire to make a positive impact.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
