We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with SEN support specialism to work in a mainstream primary school based in the centre of Cambridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to work within a specialist centre on the school premises, supporting children with SEN. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing positive behaviour support and small group intervention, particularly for children with ASD and SEMH.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children with SEN in a mainstream primary school setting
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Provide positive behaviour support and small group intervention
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and current DBS
- Proven experience working with SEN children
- Driver preferred but not essential
