Job Opportunity
ARC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand growth and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to increase brand presence and drive sales.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve user experience and increase conversions.
- Manage and maintain social media channels to engage with customers and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to boost brand profile and increase engagement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and sales.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to assess progress and ROI.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a relevant industry (e.g. medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant marketing qualifications or degree in a related field.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role that requires working from our office three days per week. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our internal teams to support company initiatives and drive business growth.
