Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at ARC Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and leading digital marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy to drive business growth
- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to engage with our target audience
- Develop methods and measurements to boost brand profile, increase engagement, and grow website traffic and social media followers
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to reach our target audience
- Execute the content marketing strategy via blogs, SEO, and email marketing
- Provide training, support, and line management to a Social Media Assistant
- Monitor digital and aesthetics industry trends to stay up-to-date with innovations and developments
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a relevant industry (e.g. medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and pay attention to detail
- Education to degree level in a relevant subject and/or marketing qualifications
