About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our maintenance team as a Maintenance Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep of our properties, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.

You will work closely with our housekeeping, engineering, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in maintenance or a related field, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • An understanding of health and safety protocols, electrical systems, and building management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
