Assembly Department Supervisor

Motorsport-Total GmbH is seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team as an Assembly Department Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the sub assembly department, responsible for building and maintaining race car sub-assemblies in our factory.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly Department Supervisor
As an Assembly Department Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee the sub assembly department to ensure work is completed on time and to quality expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the planning team to identify areas for continuous improvement in the assembly process.
- Manage a team of technicians to ensure all problems are reported through to engineering or management as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar senior or supervisory role within motorsport, with a strong understanding of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
