Job Overview
Assembly Department Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to lead our sub assembly department. As an Assembly Department Supervisor, you will oversee the department responsible for building and maintaining race car sub-assemblies in our factory.

  • Manage a team of technicians to complete work to specified deadlines.
  • Work closely with the planning team to identify areas for continuous improvement in the assembly process.
  • Ensure all problems are reported through to engineering or management as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar senior or supervisory role within motorsport, with a strong understanding of gearbox and motorsport sub-assemblies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
