Job Title: Formula 1 Guest Services Specialist

We are a leading organization in the motorsport industry, seeking a highly skilled Formula 1 Guest Services Specialist to join our team.

We are a world-renowned American-owned Formula 1 team, with a presence that extends beyond the racing grid.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, working closely with the team to ensure goals and targets are met.

Main Duties:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring seamless communication through phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage schedules for executive and employee guests as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing tracking and coordination of projects to drive successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure goals and targets are met.
  • Conduct monthly expense reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a history of longevity in previous roles, showcasing your ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Possess strong IT skills, confident in using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Leverage quick decision-making skills and analytical thinking to tackle problems efficiently.
  • Embody a can-do approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and adapt to changing circumstances.

An estimated salary for this position is €52,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
