As a strategic partner to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be responsible for aligning business operations with the company's strategic objectives. This will involve overseeing key projects, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring that financial goals are met.

One of your key responsibilities will be to work closely with the COO and his Leadership Team to formulate and implement strategies and initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention. You'll also be responsible for monitoring industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to ensure that we're always ahead of the curve.

In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all matters connected with the COO. This will involve preparing and coordinating content for reports, briefings, and position papers, as well as representing the COO at internal and external meetings.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in financial management and budget planning, as well as experience working across an organization. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and have a high level of independent judgment and problem-solving skills.
