Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team at a mainstream primary school nursery in Camden. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with the Early Years team to provide high-quality care, education, and support for children in the nursery.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) and proven experience in a nursery or Early Years setting, preferably within a primary school.

  • Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (£28,000 - £32,000 per annum)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum,
  • Observe, assess, and document children's progress to ensure their individual needs are met,
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues,
  • Promote the physical, social, and emotional development of all children,
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children at all times
