Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant

TimePlan Education is partnering with a prestigious SEND Trust in Camden, recruiting specialist Teaching Assistants to start in September. These full-time roles will be on timesheets via the agency, with the opportunity for permanent contracts.
About the SchoolThe school supports 200 students aged 5-19 years old with EHCPs, primarily for Autism Spectrum Disorder and Asperger's Syndrome. The school offers a well-rounded curriculum and prioritizes communication and social skills development.
The RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work with small groups of pupils, providing support through individualized plans. You will play a key role in helping students achieve their potential.
Key Requirements- Experience supporting children with Autism and complex needs, preferably in a professional setting.
- Previous experience in a school or child-related environment is beneficial.
- Ability to engage professionally and empathetically with children and colleagues.
